Good location close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The room was cramped and outdated. The bathroom needed a deep clean, and the showerhead was not working properly.

we enjoyed the area for shops and amazingly quiet for where it is situated. the views were fantastic especially at night, also enjoyed austar a luxury we dont have at home.

The hotel owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, even when we were running late to check in. Access to secure undercover parking (with internal access from there to the hotel) was very handy.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach on the Gold Coast. Not only that, but it was also close to everything - from shopping at Pacific Fair to exploring the nearby Broadbeach precinct. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a fully-equipped kitchen. I also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and made it easy for me to stay connected. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The check in time actually 2pm but the staff allow us to check in as early as 10am upon availability. It is good location to the park and the beach.. walking distance to Pacific fair mall. Its a good hotel for those who prefer to be in a quieter place. Its a complete apartment especially for family...

I recently stayed at a hotel near the beautiful Australian beaches. The apartment had a lovely view of the nearby park and very close to a great restaurant with quality food. The two bathrooms in the clean and spacious accommodation were a nice touch, and the staff were very accommodating with flexible check-in and departure times. The location was great, with Pacific Fair and the beach both within walking distance.

Although there were many great aspects of the hotel, it would have been nice if there were more options for smokers, as the strict policy made it difficult.

The occupants of the room adjacent to my bedroom were very audible which kept me awake during the night. The motel does not have lift access, and my room was three flights of stairs up on top floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful, handy to beach, Pacific Fair, and Broadbeach for shopping, secure carpark, on bus route.

Great value for money, spacious unit, comfortable bed, and convenient location close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel had good security, well-equipped facilities, and a clean swimming pool. The apartment had a nice beachy décor, great selection of books, and a view of the parkland.

One of the things I loved most about my stay was the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained.

While there were many positive aspects to my stay, there were a few negatives as well. The first downside was that the parking was a bit challenging to find and navigate, which was frustrating.
